Since when have they been so concerned with my personal well being?

Is it my safety? or is it the chance to steal a few dollars off of us? easy to say a financial sanction is for our own good, so why don't they get down to the real issues that are killing people? the roads, innattention & sleepiness.

Because they can't police these things!

It's a crock, just a tax in disguise, after all who can argue against road safety?

gawd when I was young we used to drive drunk til we couldn't see anymore! I never got caught, it was just the way back then, seen quite a few people get killed though! And that was really drunk, not a few sips over...

I think most would agree we obey these laws for fear of sanction, rather than for any inherent risk!
