Nobimmer 694 Report post Posted December 7, 2009 Ok so after the first little fire I assumed it was one of the main battery +ve wires shorting out on the rod that connects the two wipers together, I moved it and it was sweet. Today, after rolling the car out of the garage and back in again and NOT turning the master battery kill switch off, I smelt smoke. Turned around and the wiper motor is on fire. Lol. I haven't touched it yet as I've been there all day and now CBF looking at the thing. But, What do I look for? Must be some sort of constant power going to it right? It is melted to sh*t and made a big arse mess everywhere. Any help would be great Cheers Ashkan

Must be something to do with your mishap yesterday
Nobimmer 694 Report post Posted December 7, 2009 Yeah, didn't think there was. Anything I should be looking for or any way of diagnosing?
