Urethane Front Control Arm Bushes

Has any one fitted any powerflex Urethane Front Control Arm Bushes, bought off tread me for a e30 just wanting to know if any ones had any trouble with the flare on the bush as it gets pushed though the bush bracket, ripping to bits

havnt dealt with that brand. but usually there is a slight taper at one end. can also be assisted with a very small amount of grease.
