e36 m3 suspension bushes

hi guys.

anyobody here have any experience with different types of bushes in their cars. ie standard rubber vs powerflex/urethane bushes?

The car is a club car,I dont plan on any full out motorsport work, just the usual club drives and trackdays.

is there alot of road noise with urethane bushes? is it quite firm? uncomfortable?

car is a coupe 3.0ltr.

would love to hear your thoughts.
