Tristan 338 Report post Posted August 27, 2010 How is this solved? 2001 E39 I'm going to take it into Team McMillan's tomorrow because I need some other stuff done as well but if anybody here has something to contribute I'd appreciate it. Cheers.
bimmer boy 21 Report post Posted August 27, 2010 The pegs that are stuck in the bonnet just get a hammer and a small blunt nail and just hit the peg right through to the other side, one of them broke on mine and thats how I solved it...
Tristan 338 Report post Posted August 27, 2010 Where does it go to because there are no holes underneath the bonnet in line with the roundel indentation? Limbo?
bimmer boy 21 Report post Posted August 27, 2010 Dunno, it goes somewhere, a place where it goes, if i could be bothered I'd go have a look at mine right now, Im pretty sure the holes go right through, the pegs will go to behind the padding on the inside of the hood
