5amchris 45 Report post Posted September 23, 2010 Just a few things. 1997 e36 328I 143.8KM Starting to get some odd noses on idle and low RPM not very loud but its not like when i got it. Just got it serviced around 500-1000KM ago. Also not getting any power out of it at all my mums 320I pulls better then it. I know this is a hard one as it could be many things but should i just take it down to BMW and get the to play around? Also i think the power steering is starting to fail. Getting squeaky and you can hear the motor trying to turn the wheels. Also seen a few drops of something under the car. Would i be right can this get worse over time? One last thing is when going around a long roundabout it feels like the back wheels jump it seems very odd and wouldn't have a clue what this could be. joshnz 2 Report post Posted September 23, 2010 Take it to Eurotech services on JFK, will save you alot of money rather than going to Jeff Gray. Power steering could be a leak .. I had similar symptoms a couple of weeks ago, chucked it up on the hoist down the road from me and what do ya know .. power steering bolts are loose and fluid was practically empty Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
