Extra Bright light bulbs for BMW 7 Series E65?

Hi do you guys know where I can get the after market extra bright light bulbs for my e65?

It is easy to change or do I have to remove the bumper?

I used to buy philips for my e46 and did the whole thing myself,cost around $100.
