Malcolm 0 Report post Posted November 28, 2010 Hi guys, I bought myself a 1987 318i last week, and very shortly afterwards the engine decided to run the big ends. I'm looking for a replacement motor - preferably one that will last a little longer than 30km, to drop in there. If you have something that could be of use, let me know. There's a suitable motor on trademe for $500 but I'm hoping to find something cheaper (I'd rather be spending my money on the other car).
