Big ends are rooted, however the previous owner had the head rebuilt (I have a receipt for this), and it is moderately complete in terms of auxiliaries (no alt, starter or dizzy). I have no idea what it's worth (I only paid $400 for the replacement so presumably not much), so best offer before the end of the weekend can have it. I am thinking the bidding should be units of beer, or minutes with your mother or underage sister (pictures to be supplied to determine value of bid).
