nzhaystack 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2011 So car is almost done but the back wheels need some power now my g260 driveshaft is to short so brought a g240 driveshft to go with the current box. I tried putting the g240 dshaft in and it seems the same size as the g260 one and is about 3cm off. However the 1st half on the driveshaft (the half that bolts to gearbox) on the g240 one is longer than the 1st part of the g260 one. and the diff half on the g260 gearbox is longer than the diff half on the g240 gearbox. So if i join the two longer bits of the driveshaft together it should be sweet right? Shifter Linkage is in, starter is in, clutch is feeling good after a new slave cylinder and just need to get driveshaft done and il be good to go Cheers Guys, Really appreciate all the help Mitch Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
