Tiddlywinks 2 Report post Posted May 1, 2011 Okay so I've done a forum search on badges and get that there are varying views on the often misused "M" badge/s, my problem - well at least one of my problems, is with finding replacement badges for my doors. The 325ti has badges fitted to the trim on the doors, one has peeled off and the other will do so as well I suspect - they stick into the molding not onto it, so take them away and it leaves odd recesses. I found repalcement badges on ebay but should have known, too good to be true they were from China - right dimensions, when they arrived they are not the same - font and flash at wrong angle and wrong size, one of the three colours is wrong shade - yeah I know its just a Compact but I want to keep the car it as it was when I was given it. Are there other sources for badges - watching Trade Me but suspect badges on there may come from same part of the world as the ones I got, they dont have a part number but maybe from BMW? anywhere else? Tristan 338 Report post Posted May 1, 2011 My first port of call would be your local BMW dealer. I suppose you could also ask Ray@HELLBM whether or not he has any.

antil33t 90 Report post Posted May 1, 2011 Pelican Parts? Hmm, so that E46 compact wasn't taking the piss when it had 325 badges on it.
Tiddlywinks 2 Report post Posted May 2, 2011 Wash your mouth out Good luck finding some badges. Just thought I'd get in first before the comments that seem to follow the mention of Compact's. I know the shape is different but it grows on you - got to if thats what you choose to drive. From the inside dont see the shape, get to blat around in a BMW 325 pushing around a body most likely lighter than a 325i coupe or saloon with uprated steering and the price was right - whats not to love. Hopefully will find badges
