gunter 0 Report post Posted May 18, 2011 Hi there, I've only owned the car about 3 weeks and on Saturday and last night it cut out intermittently. From what I've found on the forum it sounds like a smoked capacitor connection in the ECU. Phatputer 3 Report post Posted May 18, 2011 dry solder joint is generally a hairline crack that appears around components on any circuit board over time, can be caused by heat expansion / contraction over time, poor quality solder resolder with a bit of additional solder usually resolves most dry solder issues Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
