they are 5 point adjustable at the top of each shock it adjusts bump and rebound at the same time not height adjustment but you can run lowered springs on them, basically you can adjust the shock to suit different road surfaces as well as your driving style, in America they are used by people who want to retain a good ride and then if they want to do a track day or higher speed driving you simply adjust the top with key provided to suit your needs on the day.
