Problems solved

Recommended Posts

i had this springs problem which i posted up a few weeks back. After $360 dats been fixed and it seems to have stopped the 1500-4000rpm ticking sound i used to get sometime. Anyway its not there since i got the car back.

But now the steering wheel starts shaking from around 80-110 km/h and is pretty noticable around 80. Its annoying! :banghead:

The spring fixed involved taking the suspension out and resetting them etc so would this be cos of that? Any thought are welcome thanks.

Did you get a wheel alignment at the same time?

Maybe try that.

Cheers

Have your front wheels balanced. Vibration at steering wheel at higher speeds is classic signs of 'out-of-balance' front wheels.
