Rung him a million times, texted, asked questions on his auctions, emailed. He doesn't want to respond, and he must think the rims + springs went for too cheap. Well, shouldn't have $1 reserved it.

He actually answered his phone today, but said he was "Peter", and doesn't know of any Jeff. Bullshit.

If I don't end up getting these, which is probably likely, how can I inconvenience him? New email accounts and bid on his auctions?

Could be more hassle than it's worth and a hell of alot easier just to walk away in my opinion. The chasing process won't be helped if he won't return emails and won't answer his phone.
