ED1RTY 2 Report post Posted June 7, 2005 I have just bought an 85 323i the registration is on hold, the reason i bought the car was a basis for my new car as i wrote my last one off, when i took the carpet out of the 323i i have found small amounts of rust on the floor pan on the drivers side, some has already been repaired yet i do not have the patience or money to properly fix it at this stage. A panelbeater has told me the rust is fixable and not structural so can still get a warrant, the one other problem is the front left steering arm is bent from the previous driver hitting a curb.
