E36 Turbo vs S/C

Has anyone turboed or supercharged an M52B25?

I am picking the supercharger would be the easiest to do but I would probably prefer the turbo .

Any guidance & ideas would be appreciated.

S/c so easy, so many kits out there, budget 8-10K.

Be cheaper to fab something for yourself, otherwise US has kits for 6K US or so.. aatuning.com

I get the impression that 325isimon was wanting info on turboing his exisiting engine - Glenn has put a Toyota engine in...

EDIT: Of course Im not saying that Glenn is not a good source of info regarding engine conversions and other turbo related questions.... but you can see my point....

Have a look thru this forum - there have been quite a few threads about people wanting to turbo or supercharge, so there will be a wealth of information.

Something Sic posted back in 2003...

Cheers BMW POWER. Just lookin at options for an E36 at the moment but would dearly love to have another E30 to have some fun with, maybe a side project. Just gotta get hold of a suitable one first.
