Its a small cart, I need the axle welded to the frame (its a really small cart that's used to help a dog who has a spinal injury get around) I'm not too clued up on welding, but it shouldn't be a big job, and it doesn't need to look good, just needs to hold. pm or reply to me, help would be appreciated!
