Early sideloader LSD diff identity questions etc

Hi can anyone tell what model this diff was used in and are there different case sizes or did they just use the same case for various models with different output flange sizes and internals. Output flange diameter 112mm. The stamped numbers in photo 2 are S 11 38 which it take it to mean LSD 3.45:1
