PM me So i finally sorted the issue, even though i only drive the X5 once a week if that...it still pissed me off tho, so the issue is more common in the UK and US for no apparent reason other than i cant read arab forums. But the issue is dirty contacts on the ribbon that need to be taken off and cleaned, i used deoxit contact cleaner and so far so good, took about 30min to do, incase anyone else finds they have the same issue ...
