Tristan 338 Report post Posted November 3, 2012 http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3697-e39...spring-set.aspx I'm interested in those, primarily to drop the car a little bit, but will it adversely affect the handling of the car? Obviously BMW has put a lot of r&d into their suspension so I'm not sure whether or not these would improve the handling or make it worse. I have no experience in changing vehicle suspension. Thanks
E36 M 9 Report post Posted November 3, 2012 This may or may not help. But I have lowered three cars. 36 46 and my current 46 wagon. The 36 and 46 both had h and r springs Iin them and handled really well, no bouncing around etc. My 46 wagon I have compressed them. And to my surprise they handle just like the other two I've had. Imo I think the only way it's going to handle differently if you really slam it and shorten the shocks etc. But I think it should b fine. Hope this helps
