Llewelyn 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2012 Welcome Chris, you will find plenty of help and parts on this forum. Is this your first E30? Yes it is. Love the sound of the straight six. Any thoughts about the car from the very brief advert? Cheers.
OP6 27 Report post Posted December 7, 2012 (edited) Personally I would lower it, plenty of lowering springs available if you ask the question, and you will get great advice and in most cases pictures of what your car will look like when done, from the forum members. Next, a manual conversion. By then you will have your own ideas. Keep on the forum, look at other builds etc, for inspiration. But first I would check when and what has been done regarding servicing, if in doubt, new oil, oil filter, possibly coolant, and remember these models have a cambelt which may need replacing.
