JackDatBoi 5 Report post Posted May 24, 2013 Hi all, I've been looking into upgrading my current M10 engine instead of a swap, but I'm not 100% sure on what the best way is to go about upgrading/getting as much power out of it as possible. I've had a quick look at a pair of 2002 Twin Carb Manifold for an M10 Engine, DCOE Dual Sidraft MANIFOLD and LINKAGE Kit which are for sale online but am still unsure if it's the best way to go about things... If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.
Etwenty1 45 Report post Posted May 25, 2013 I looked into this before I sold my m10b18. Cheap option was to change the diff to improve acceleration. If you have$$ then turbo. Anything in between didn't deliver good bang for bucks. In another 2 years when gas is $3 a litre you'll be happy with a 1.

I've heard mixed opinions about the M10, some people say you can get over 200hp + (rich Americans), but the majority of people say the same as you. Do you know if an M20 is an easy swap? Did you swap the engine in your e21? Thanks again mate.
