M5V8 337 Report post Posted January 6, 2014 Anyone had any positive comments in regards to this company? So what's happened so far: I've ordered my new clutch and a few other parts. It got shipped. Lovely. Then I get a email from UPS it's sitting at their facility due to not having the correct papers to export. Great. So I email them and get Rob, he says this happens from time to time and they will need to get the package back to them correct the paperwork and resend. Fine. Except I really did need it ASAP. Now I get a additional charge on my credit card. So looking at the invoices the original one is correct, the next one they send me when they shipped it the price went up. yng_750 247 Report post Posted January 6, 2014 looks like abit of an oversight. probably to much automation in their system.im sure they will sort it out. i have heard nothing bad about them in the past out of curiosity what export papers does a clutch need? M5V8 337 Report post Posted January 6, 2014 this is what UPS states THE SHIPPER'S EXPORT DECLARATION DOCUMENT IS MISSING AND IS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE I hope they sort this out.
