E34 540i standard front springs or slightly lowered

Mates got a E34 540i with Bilsteins in it and we've found the front to be coming down on the bump stop with the lowered springs that are currently fitted.

We've tried both H&R and Vogtland and they are lower than whats in there so unsure whats going on. Are looking to start with some standard or msport springs if anyone has some kicking around. Shocks have been rebuilt so we need to lift it up abit.
