Kepes 231 Report post Posted July 14, 2014 While overseas I've found some springs (hopefully) for my E30. The guy said they came out of his sport optioned 325e, with the mono tube bilsteins, and he says he ran a vin check and it had the sports suspension option. The front springs have 7 coils, and a white strip(e) on them. I've done some research and apparently these are M3 springs. Right? The rears are a little harder. There's a pink stripe on them, and they have (7?) coils too - same as stock?Anyway, I think the pictures will be more help than my noob description. Thanks for any info you may have! Dave@nz 11 Report post Posted July 18, 2014 Green stripe is correct for front M3 springs 6 main coils and from memory they are in a few models of e30. 31331130043 Rear are M3 only white stripe on all the coils and red stripe on two coils with 3 large main coils. 33539061084 or 33539061510 I am not sure what your rear ones are from, colour codes are not correct for M3. If you clean the spring around the pad contact area should be p/n on it.
