EdwardReynolds 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2015 After taking my door panels and rear parcel tray off a few times hunting audio issues on my after market sounds the sticky foam black rings that go around the 5.25" speakers in the door and parcel tray have basically ripped themselves to shreds. They stick to the panels when removed and tearing chunks off....they are 18 odd years old and have seen better days.They are i guess 1.5 - 2 cm thick foam gaskets that seal the gap between the door cavity and the speaker. Where can i get replacements or alternative substitutes? Ive also noticed that my mids suffer badly in this car, i think its to do with the plastic pods the speakers sit in wheres a good place to get some foam baffles for 5.25" speakers to go inside these?
