Anyone knows about JB4 backend flash MHD?

Hi Guys this is david and i 've got a tricky problem after mhd jb4 backend flash which is the 3rd cylinder can't stop misfire everytime i was pulling over 6000rpm.I have changed the new coil pack , spark plugs are brand new,i thought the problem was solved coupe of hours ago but unfortunately the issue came out again,and i was trying to capture the log with jb4 app but as i said it starting misfire after 6000rpm and i dont want to blow up my engine.Any suggestion?

Vehicle:2009 e82 135i automatic,RHD,N54 motor,imported from Japan

Software purchased : jb4 backend flash MHD

Modifacation:Injen DCI,ER C/P,Tial.B.O.V,Fuel it stage 2 LPFP,Stage 3 JB4 G5,N54 tuning D/P,Fuel it TBI,NGK .022 Gap spark plug.ER FMIC.Alpina b3 TCU flash.midpipe de cat,exhaust flap forced open

Zipped map:JB4_MHD_IJE0S_PUMP.bin released on 03/14/2016

Was pulling from 40KM/h by 3rd gear.Using Jb4 4/2,map 2.

The systems doesn't allow me to upload .csv file,so if anyone has any ideas,please let you email i will send it to you.
