my_e36 43 Report post Posted February 1, 2006 <extracted from bimmerforum.com forums> People, please use the proper connectors. And when you do, do it the right way. You will note in one picture, the use of fork connectors w/ two wires shoved into one hole, crimped, and then the forks bent over. THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE FOR. If you want to be a grown up and do some soldering, please use HEAT SHRINK TUBING, not electrical tape. Intelligently plan your system, wire runs, and outcome, and then build it that way. If you can't afford to do it proffessionally or have it done professionally, then DONT DO IT. BE A GROWN UP, not everyone can have everything they want as soon as they want it. Take pride in your work and the quality of it, don't goof around. Your life and your car are too expensive to risk on crap (value placement varies). http://www.dakarm3.com/Stereo/323is
