E90 Aftermarket Rear Full Smoked Tail lights

Hi,

I am interested in getting an aftermarket rear full smoked tail lights for my BMW E90, before I purchase this would anybody know if this is road legal and if it would pass WOF? Here's a few pics of the tail lights, thanks!!!
