emandru 17 Report post Posted December 2, 2017 Hi everyone, I currently in the middle of pulling a manual transmission out of car and swapping. into my touring. Everything I need is out so far except for the pedal box. Does anyone know how to take this out? Specifically how to disconnect the brake pedal from the rod it pushes? Cheers! hotwire 352 Report post Posted December 3, 2017 Haven't specifically noted the E34 pedal box (even though I sold one a few weeks back) but, if as i imagine, & they are the same setup as the E30 then the connecting rod has a clip to remove. Otherwise undo the bolt, remove the pedals & swap pedals & the longer bolt in place of the auto pedal - did this in the last E30 conversion a few months back.
