37 South 6 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 (edited) I have a BMW stereo, programmed for the Jap. market. It fit all E34,E36 models or models that have the BMW connector plug.It needs a bandexpander to receive all N.Z. stations.(Which is included in this) The stereo has antenna diversity for optimum reception, tape deck,cd changer control. It does not need a security number. The unit matches the dash layout of any 3 or 5 series BMW 1990 onwards. This is all yours for free if you can pick up, preferably somewhere newton rd. area, St.Benedict st. Fri. afternoon. I have replaced this unit with a RDS unit which shows station names and song titles. Bought it off fellow Bimmer Jochen.. Grant 4 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 no, on St Benedicts Street, just up (towards Newton Road) from the Pinnicle Club. My kitchen, and back bedroom look out into Stables Lane though. Never been to the Pinnicle, what's it like? Cheers
37 South 6 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Depends on how old you are and what time of the day you go there. I go afternoons, guess that makes me old ( which I am but don`t feel.)
