DCEIVN 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2006 Hey Guys. Driving up to Manfield on Sunday my car started to stutter around Mana. Found that the AFM had been blown off by a backfire (didn't know why it had backfired at the time) - have had this problem once before. So reattached that and it was all good till I got to Pukerua Bay - Car started to stutter again and then switched off. Couldn't work out the problem with my stoneage tools - Called AA discovered the electronic ignition system had failed?? Anyone point me in the right direction on working out a remedy... or would it be better to see the auto electrician on this one? Cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
