Deano1968 34 Report post Posted July 12, 2023 Hi. Has anyone got a 4HP22 transmission laying around in good condition that I could use in a 1990 735il (M30 engine)? I bought the car for parts but it's in better condition than I anticipated so I'm wondering whether it's worth putting it back on the road. Transmission slips badly in all forward gears, reverse is fine so I'm suspecting the clutch pack. Previous owner changed the oil and cleaned the filter but that made no difference. Cheers. Dean.
