martynz 2 Report post Posted July 16 (edited) Hi All, I am unsure if this has already been shared somewhere. But it seems the fastest and easiest way to get a map code. 1. Download BimmerCode app (free version works) and connect your phone through an OBD adapter. 2. Connect to your car and select the Head Unit 3. Click on Activation Codes 4. I needed to select the “00DE Professional Nav system” as this was the only one to generate the correct file. 5. Click on Export and email to yourself. 6. Use this file with the "FSC Generator 1.91" to get your map activation code. There is no need to use a USB stick or ESYS. Simply done in 5 minutes.
