E53 IS Cluster in E39 530i

Got a E53 IS Cluster that I would like to code to my E39 530i. Wanted to know if anyone on here has done something similar and what there process was, having a read online looks like I will require a 1.4 BMW Scanner with some software like PA Soft, NCSExpert etc. to code to the cluster to the car. 

Things that work currently: 

Speedometer , RMP Gauge, Fuel Gauge and Temp Gauge, Oil Temp Gauge (I think)

Things that are not correct: 

KM Reading - Showing 125k miles, car is 180k km, if i plug in my original cluster it still shows the correct reading.

DSC Light is constantly on

Red/ orange lights around RPM Gauge, would be nice to get these to work, but not to fussed. 

Seat Belt Light does turn on when seat belt is removed. 

Can't change date format, and distance settings in OBC.
