Chrisblob 3 Report post Posted yesterday at 11:18 AM Hi all, I recently had a coolant leak on my N62B40TU, and as I could see coolant had dribbled down from somewhere under the top radiator cover I removed that and found the vent pipe that runs across the top of the radiator had a small crack in it that leaked, so I replaced the pipe. As I was re-attaching the top radiator cover the metal part welded under the frame that the 4 screws (2 at each end of the cover) screw into came loose on the 2 at the drivers side of the radiator, see attached pic below Has anyone ever had that come loose before, and were you able to rescue the screws? If I could rescue the screws I'd need to attach something new for them to screw into. Or should I just cut them and replace with a suitable size nut/bolt/washer arrangement? Regards Chris W, Chch.
