Cost to get Rod Bearings 2025

I just recently bought a e92 M3. For preventative measures, I would like to get rod bearings done.

Questions I have are:

- what ball park should I anticipate it should cost.
- work shop recommendations

- should I opt in for ‘up rated’ rod bearings?
