Jazzbass 1 Report post Posted July 13, 2006 In my E39, I have twice over the past year gone to start the car and it turns over normally, but won't fire. Embarassing! Anyway, I've found that removing the key and reinserting it does the trick and everything them works normally. Is this just a case of the immobiliser not being reactivated the first time ?
