E39 Video Module, late '98 onwards

I'm after a replacement video module (TV tuner) for my E39

My vehicle had the early Mk1 nav & tuner, I need the Mk2 or later TV tuner to be compatible with my new nav system

So that means a video module from an E39 (or E38) from production date 9/98 or newer

Anyone got one?

for a reasonable price?
