BMW POWER 2 Report post Posted September 13, 2006 (edited) it is the car, the mustard interior is what I liked about the car. Emma what did he trade it on for him to sell it down your way? Very nice interior.Findlow really looked after it! I'm not sure Liam, I'll ask Lyndon tommorow. It is definitely Davids one though, came from Giltrap Prestige (North Shore). p1_m3 8 Report post Posted September 13, 2006 Wow thats an unusual colour - personally speaking I couldnt drive a car with that interior. Its just wrong plus it would make me ill. All a matter of taste I guess.
kiwi535 538 Report post Posted September 13, 2006 i think bmw would have a std pre purchase inspection fee i would think 80 sound too cheap,i think its a 90 minute check.Shelleys did a 535 for me had a huge list and even gave me a list of parts and prices.I would get it checked again,AA would be a waste of time compared to a BMW dealer. The dealer will be very critical but thats what you want isnt it.I have wondered whay an M3 would be like as a daily driver .Any coments??? BMW POWER 2 Report post Posted September 27, 2006 Emma what did he trade it on for him to sell it down your way? Forgot about asking him until today! Woops. He didn't actually directly trade it in to us, we brought it in, direct from Auckland. David must have traded it into DCNZ or the Auckland dealer up there. Another E36 M3 has just arrived in at work! Bloke traded it in on our Phoenix Yellow E46 M3. Saw him driving down Maclaggan Street every morning. Should catch up with him and mention Bimmersport! Its pure manual, no SMG, just straight M3 badassness. Does anyone know why it has orange indicators? Is this because it is an early M3?
p1_m3 8 Report post Posted September 27, 2006 yep thats right - orange on the earlier cars. Think all the Evo's had clear. Yep got the one that was being discussed earlier in this thread
