rear windows for a e30 coupe that open?!?!?!

now heres my problem....

i have recently taken up snowboarding

and i want to be able to have a soft rack put on my car

(these are the ones that just strap on)

I am pretty sure i have seen E30 coupe's with "latch" windows

that only open about five to ten centermeters.

does any one know of a ballpark fugure for these?

and

where can i get them from?????
