efirty 0 Report post Posted October 12, 2006 (edited) Hi there, I got a e30 318i auto and it has started making weird noises when it goes to up shift in Drive. It gets to about 3,000rpm as normal then after that it starts to rev like it is in nuetral.Then i back off the gas and it shudders and clunks into the next gear. Would this be a rooted clutch??
