Blake 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 Jesus that's a lot of k's. What's so great about a 2.7ltr engine?
Mavrick 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 That's relatively low k's for a car of that age, I'm at 275000 k's along with alot of other people. The 2.7ltr has as stated about 200 hp whereas the 2.5ltr has about 170 hp.
Blake 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 Many probs at 200k's? 200bhp not too bad.
petone 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 2 hundy is nothin... http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index.php?showtopic=7830 some are up to 300K MILES in the states.
Mavrick 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 At 200 k's they it should have had everything replaced that usually craps out at about 180k's but seeing as he has rebuilt the motor to a 2.7ltr there shouldn't be many problems in the near future.
