Golfboy666GTI 68 Report post Posted November 6, 2006 Is there anything to lookout for on Jap import E30 M3s? I see more often than not ,that these cars in Japan are running different drivers seats and different rims, is there are reason for this? Also it seems that most of the Jap E30 M3s are Grey, again, any ideas why? Oh, and are the specs different on the E30 M3s from Japan compared to the Euro spec E30 M3s? Juzzie Wuzzie 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2006 Most will be US spec and tarted up boy racer styles (thus the big bore exhaust, different driving seat, etc). I'd steer clear - but then I can afford to. I'd want to land the car for c.10k if I did buy one. Try and stay away from the US specs though. And, no matter what, have a fat and open wallet. p1_m3 8 Report post Posted November 7, 2006 the guys at www.twrracing.co.nz often have them. mind you they need to be 20+ years old to be able to put them on the road here - otherwise they are good for track cars only. these guys sell some pretty straight looking ones - mostly black ones I might add.
