whats the price range for a E30 325 these days

Two years ago, I nearly bought the black E30 320 with the 4agze (I think that was the engine) in it. I ended up buying a ek civic. Till this day, I think what if if I had bought the E30...

Anyway, I am planning to sell the civic soon. I amstarting to look around at the E30s again. I have seen a few on tradme. So, how much would I be looking at paying for a E30 with a mtech kit, good and looked after condition for its age, preferred manual with leather and sunroof. Must have sunroof!! My budget is around 5grand. ( Man, I had 9gs to spend when I was looking at the 4agze 320 )
