Grant 4 Report post Posted March 28, 2004 Very nice car Marcel. How many 323ti's were built? Are they factory standard, or have you (and others) just placed a 323i engine into an ti body? Cheers
Guest Spargo Report post Posted March 28, 2004 323 (2.5) was LHD only, so only Europe got it. Looking good Marcel!
Marcel 323Ti 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2004 Very nice car Marcel. How many 323ti's were built? Are they factory standard, or have you (and others) just placed a 323i engine into an ti body? Cheers I don't know how much they did built of this wolf in sheepclothes What i know is that it is you see much more M BMW's then this car. (and only LHD) The 2.5 L 6 cilinder M52 Vanos delivers 170bhp and 245Nm. After the e36 M3 this is the fastest e36 you can buy. I did some test run's against 325i/328i and didn't have any problem to win those. Last week i did a testrun against the new E60 530d (218bhp/500Nm) from a friend of my. Until 110 km/h we stayed very close (with my car a littlebit in front), buter after that i simply walked away from him untill 230 km/u (limited ) My car is fully loaded; -Stahlblau (steelblue) -Limited Sports Edition -Sunroof -Aircon -Black full leather -BMW Business radio with 6 cd in the boot -17" e36 M3 Coupe wheels mk1 (235/40-17) Pirelli P-Zero Nero -16" Cross-spoke with wintertyre's (225/50-16) -BMW Alarmsystem -4x Airbags (2 front/2 in doors) -Z8 gearlever (2 cm lower) -M3 steeringwheel -e39 M5 rearspoiler lip -Xenon HID -US style sidelights at the rear -Sportseats -etc here some picture's with the M3 wheels http://home.planet.nl/~berg8363/register/3.../voor.groot.jpg http://home.planet.nl/~berg8363/register/3...chter.groot.jpg Look at my sticker of the Nordschleife (Nurburgring) at the back of my car!!!! It looks like my colour .. which i have only ever seen one other one .. i'm just trying to figure out weather it's a custom paint or is it gfactory ... Stahlblau (german)Steelblue (english, i think?) Here in Europe it's a e46 and e36 323ti Compact colour. I love the colour. especialy when the car did some hours of highspeed German Autobahn's, trackday or Nurburgring kilometers. When the car gets dirty, it looks very nice Gr, Marcel (today DTM starts here in Europe. Any fan's in NZ?)
