94 318IS - Things To Look Out For?

Missus just bought a 1994 318IS, 4 door sedan, 110kms

Goes alright, previous owner said it's chain not belt, that correct?

Anything we should be looking out for in particular?

It's gonna be her car to learn in for her licence (hopefully the car in the yard might persuade her to get her learners! hehe), so could get a rough time.
