free hosting/domain name/site builder

want something of the above, easy to use, dont care if its flash or not, prefer not to have a site name as long as my arm, blog type format would be fine, thought of myspace, yet dosent go straight to the blog, unless theres a way to make it, which Im not sure of.

Thoughts/ideas?
