Hi. I am interested in making my plate a euro plate, but i dont want to pay the $399 that plates.co.nz charge. I have heard of www.germanplates.com. These look quite good. Has anyone delt with these people before? Are you happy with the result? In the picture the blue looks quite light compared to the official nz euro plates. is this just the picture or are they lighter in real life? Does anyone have a euro plate on there car that they purchased from germanplates.com that i could have a look at? I have included a picture from germanplates.com and then one from plates.co.nz just so you can see what im talking about. Alsao they seem to cost $23.95. Is this for 2 plates or just one? Also how much would it cost for 2 plates delivered to nz? Thanks

Haha. Great minds think a like. This is excatly what i have done. Stops almost all of the rattle. My seats dont fold down tho. but i do have a ski hole. My comment was directed at what MADBMA said. lol. Was a bit slow to respond.

Yep i know exactly what you mean. I have exactly the same problem. I tryed rapping electrical tape around it to stop it rattling but then as you said, it doesnt pop back out. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks

Yea i am wanting to get euro plate on my car. At the moment i just have normal run of the mill plates, i just want to upgrade to a euro plate. What is the best way of doing this? And how much will it cost? Thanks

Yea my 19's are 8" wide. Yea my tyres are 225's. But if i put anything bigger than 235's i think they would rub. So if i got 245's on there i think they would rub. So if you want to put 255's on yours, i am 99% sure you will have to roll your gaurds quite a bit.
